Requested a £401.80 withdrawal from Kassu on 31st Jan. Account blocked pending a security check on the same day.
Security checks generally are sorted within 48 hours. The fact it’s been nearly six weeks is comical. Also waiting on another withdrawal under the Genesis brand.
Please pay my £401.80. I am not going to give up pursuing money that I am rightfully owed.

Your account has now been blocked as per company's decision without the possibility of re-opening. Please refer to terms and conditions specifically point 14.3 which states:
"The company may refuse to open an account or may opt to close a players’ account which has already been opened at its own discretion"
