Money disbursement PHP21000

Hi Gooday, my problem is my withdrawal issue from ice casino. I submit all my documents last 04/07/2023 and it's already verified that day after that I withdraw my money PHP21000 on that day also. We have good conversation with the support they tell me I just need to wait until the status will change to "Success" because my status there is "in progress" and still the status is in progress until now.

I follow all the instructions from them then they said to the rules if you withdraw the money it will not take 24 hours or 2 days if the KYC is verified but my KYC is verified already but the disbursement still not yet process. Then since yesterday they will not respond to all my emails because time by time I ask them to follow up my money because this is the money I have left and I need it badly because I need to give it and buys some medicine for my parents. I hope you can help me to resolve this situation and hope ice casino give it to me immediately. Because it's hard to play and win after all I give all my time, effort and I sacrifice myself to not sleep until morning to play.

I'm very happy because I win this kind of money but I hope I'm not on the situation in the other players because it's hard for me if I not received this. Hoping this will help and I hope ice casino will cooperate to me thank you have a great day.

I’ve been trying to verify my account on Ice Casino for over a week now, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating. My KYC is not approved in Ice Casino; I already submitted the documents they need. I provided a clear photo ID, a utility bill for address verification, and even a bank statement as requested. Yet, despite doing everything right and submitting all the required documents, I still haven’t received any confirmation.

What makes the situation worse is the lack of proper communication. Their customer service is so slow that it’s almost impossible to get real-time updates. I’ve sent multiple emails and even tried reaching out through their live chat, but the responses are either generic or take days to arrive. It’s really disappointing, especially when other online casinos process KYC verifications within 24–48 hours.

I understand the need for security and proper identity verification, but there should be a more efficient system in place. At the very least, Ice Casino could keep their users informed about the progress of the verification process. Instead, I’m left in the dark, wondering if my documents were even reviewed.

This delay has also affected my ability to withdraw funds, which is very concerning. I deposited money and played in good faith, but now I’m stuck, unable to access my winnings due to KYC delays. It’s not just about the money—it’s about trust and transparency.

I really hope they resolve this soon.
