2024 September 11 I requested that hotbet close my account for gambling problems. But it didn't close the account even though I wrote to them several times and asked them to close the account because I have gambling problems. But instead I was awarded VIP status and got lots of bonuses and could make deposits anyway. Now I demand my deposits back as I have pointed out several times that my account should be closed because I am addicted to gambling.
