I received an e mail from Greenspin casino offering me 300 free spins in 3 different games up to my choice for minimum deposit of 20 USD. Two of the games offered were 10 cents bet and one 20 cents, I tried to play the 20 cents game but did not work , I contacted the live support ,he told me send e mail to the VIP manager which I did immediately ,I waited 48 hours. unfortunately I got no reply ,every time I ask the live support he repeats the same sentence contact the VIP manager ( like a machine)…….vain less.
Before I activated my bonus luckily I won some money and I decided to withdraw 60 USD to my prepaid card account ( same card I deposited with ) which I made especially for casinos to be able to deposit and withdraw freely without any restrictions (avoiding some restriction on gambling sites in my country),then the issue started, the casino rejected the withdrawal ,after wasting a lot of time with live support ,he informed to choose other way of payment ….I chose BTC because I know this is the last available method to withdraw my money (Central Bank Restrictions in my country) casino rejected the transfer, then they told me to withdraw with e-wallets like skrill, ecopayz … etc I informed them that all these ways are not available in my country or not allowed to use visa for putting money in my account as the casino requires a minimum deposit to be able to withdraw via the selected method.
To conclude I feel that I have been humiliated and tortured too much to get back my 60 USD by this casino.
Casino has to transfer my money either to my prepaid credit card account I used to deposit with or to my BTC account (because these are the only two available methods).
NB: I have never faced any issue with my prepaid card account in any casino (this card especially made for online gambling)
