I received a cheque from Golden Riviera Casino and it turned out to be NSF. The bank debited my account for the amount, plus an additional $84.00 for fees. I have been having a difficult time getting my money. They now owe me $184.00 and it's me who has to do all the work to get my money back. This has been going on for over one month now! I had 2 other cheques that I wrote...bounce out of my chequeing account because of this. It's embarrassing and has cost me money. I want my money back NOW! I tried to open a Neteller account, but cannot because I live in Canada. Now I have to open an Instabank account...... and wait. You don't know how mad I am.

Firstly, we’d like to apologies to the player for the inconvenience caused and we’ve taken up some urgent measures to resolve this issue and to ensure this would not reoccur in future.
Below is part of our respond to the player that was sent out earlier this morning once we were notified of the issue by AskGamblers.com
“We would like to inform you that the $100 cash in request was paid into you Instadebit account today 2011/11/03. This can take between 4 to 7 working days to reflect in the player’s Instadebit account. Please allow for this time delay.
We will gladly facilitate with the $84.00 additional fees. To assist us, would you please send us a copy of the statement that reflects the $84.00 charges?

Once we receive the statement, we will either pay to your Instadebit Account or Casino Account, whichever you prefer.
It is essential to reassure you that we are funded to ensure all our player cash in payments are always honored”
