Pending Withdrawal & Self Exclusion Issues
/I have done the withdrawal on 25/1/2021 and today it is 29/1/2021 and my payment is still in pending also I have submitted all the documents for verification and its been more than 72hours. So on 27/1/2021 I had a live chat with Genesis team and her name is LOLA and I told her to please credit the money asap because I have bills to pay just because I said i have bills to pay they self exclude the account and i told do it for just 24hours after 24 hours on 28/1/2020 my account was unblocked and I was able to login . Now on 29/1/2021 around 4pm when i was trying to log in it showed me that account has been self exclude and it has been done for no reason so I mailed them about this now they are not at responding to my email so please solve my problem asap.
