Hi on Friday the 14th May I was asked to verify my account. I have submitted all the relevant documentation but I have not been verified I have contacted genesis casino with no response. I also have 2 pending withdrawals which haven’t been paid due to the delay in verifying my account. They are difficult to contact as the have a chat bit service.
