Delayed Payment
After many attempts to try and find out why I have not received my withdrawal from Genesis Casino at the amount of $80.20 using the Interac E-transfer withdrawal Method I have come up empty handed. I have contacted Genesis Support many times and they said the funds have been sent to Interac. I contacted Interac E-transfer and they said there is no funds coming from Genesis to go to my email, I even gave them the Transaction # Genesis told me to give them and they said the need an 8 digit Alphabetical Reference # starting with the letters CA . I had ask Genesis Support for that # and got nothing.Just got reference numbers from Genesis support Interac can not use. Interac has the ability to just use my email to see if any funds are coming to my account from other party's and they said nothing is coming from Genesis Casino for the amount of $80.20. I have saved the chat logs from Genesis Support that include the #s they gave me. The status on the withdrawal in my genesis account still says Pending Transaction via E-transfer.
