For the second time in a short time I am having problems with this casino again.
I made a first withdrawal request of $750 on November 21 and a second withdrawal request on November 23, for another amount of $750.
Despite the mention of processing within 3 working days in the terms and conditions, I still have no news regarding my withdrawals.
I am still not asked for identity verification.

Please note that you had canceled your withdrawals on your own , and currently you have only one in processing , we would kindly ask you no to cancel it if you want it to be processed by relevant department .

Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. The status of your withdrawal will be updated in your balance history once it has been processed.

In addition, bear in mind that in case you decide to revoke an existing pending withdrawal, the withdrawal process will recommence.

Hello, I would like to specify that I actually canceled one of the 2 withdrawals on November 22, but I then redid the withdrawal on November 23, which still brought us to 4 working days for the second withdrawal when I made my complaint. I will no longer touch my pending withdrawals while everything is processed. Thanks!
