Hello,

I made a withdrawal of 1000 EUR from Egocasino on 30th of August. I have asked the chat about the payment on multiple occasions, but they always just tell me to wait. On 21th of September I cancelled the withdrawal and requested a new one in the hopes the my withdrawal would get noticed by the casino. I have now waited a total of one month for them to process my withdrawal. My account is verified.

Can you please ask the casino to process the withdrawal?
