Delaying withdrawals
I have withdrawn bigger amounts in the past with no issues (2-5days tops) but this time I have made one withdrawal on 9th November and one on the 10th of November, for $100 and $50, I let a week pass and with no payment and in my transactions it saying "bank processing" I decided to write an email, I got the run around for a bit, say that it has gone through on their end,then told to submit my bank statements (which I did) they said they will take it to their payment depart and get back to me. A few days pass, still nothing, I reply to the same email and get the exact same reply, its gone through on their end and want my bank statements, again I send them and get a sorry we have sent this to the payment department to investigate (like a few days prior). A few more days have passed and still nothing. Rather annoyed as it's a small amount and I have withdrawn before with no issues. Besides the fact the loyalty program is complete tripe, if I happen to get this money that is actually mine, I will be closing my account with Rizk regardless.
