Delayed Payment Over 120 hours waiting now
I've withdrawn funds twice from this casino and they havent taken more than 48 hours. The first withdrawal on Feb 18th 2026 for $300CAD took about 52 short minutes to reach my bank account from Crown Gold.
The second withdrawal request was on the weekend of Saturday March 7th 2026 around 9:45pm MST, this withdrawal took less then 48 hours (I received the withdrawal the next business day at 9:52am MST.) Quickly.
Now this is my third withdrawal request I made on April 5th at 09:30am for $1000 and its been over 120 hours now since I made the request. I've been emailing support@crowngold.com every day asking when will it be processed and I get the same answer: "We need more time to process your request, our team is dedicated on giving each case the attention it deserves......" and so on. Which I believe that they are obviously stalling it to see if I will cancel to try and gamble again to lose it all.
I am very tired of waiting and definitely do not recommend playing at this casino.
P.s. I've obviously submitted requested documents, ID, Proof of Address, Proof of Deposit, Payment, etc.....
