Won money playing slot machines on Casumo after depositing 2 x £500 via Apple Pay.
Requested 2 x withdrawals of £10000 and £1500 respectively.
Following day I was asked to submit proof of ID, proof of Address, bank statement and proof of payment using Apple Pay. This was done and my account and documents were all verified.
Over the course of the last 72-96 hours Casumo have not processed my withdrawals. Have now said that I need to provide my proof of address - this has already been done and I have sent again my bank statement showing my address along with additional info such as my driving license which clearly states my address.
Now they are requesting payslips and proof of salary going into my account if I wish to deposit again. I have no intention of depositing again and just want to receive my requested withdrawals.
They are employing delay tactics to pay me my respective winnings and this is highly unprofessional.
