I have over 5400 sitting waiting for be withdrawn and can’t do a thing because they want every piece of documents known to man to verify you, I've sent my P45 sent bank statements sent ID sent proof of where I live.. and still waiting to be verified, proof of Apple Pay got declined so had to re summit it again.

It’s easier applying for a mortgage than to get your month from these and verify your account.

I've been on live chat god knows how many times.

I just want my money what a terrible first experience. I've had here such a shame because the site could be brilliant.

Kept getting told the same thing over and over again I've sent them enough evidence of who I am.. I feel like they are stalling me

Issue has been solved thanks a lot to Rossa she helped me in every way possible and if it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t have even been verified just want to say a massive thank you and I finally received my funds xx
