On Monday 9.12 I made an account and deposit with bonus. I wagered the bonus and made 400 Euros withdrawal request and sent all the documents they asked. Next day the docs were accepted but the withdrawal was still pending. They said that my account is under investigation but they didn't say why. Everyday I've asked about the withdrawal but they just keep talking about the investigation but still no clue what is all about. Yesterday I tried to log in but apparently my account is closed and I still have no idea why. Live chat doesn't help and they don't answer my emails. Maybe I've made some mistake during the wagering or something but ignoring my questions and not telling the reason isn't the right way to handle this.

The verification process was a bit tricky so this was a misunderstanding. My apologies. I've now received the withdrawal and I can happily say this case is resolved.

1. Your account has never been closed.
2. All of your requests and tickets have been addressed.
3. We’ve kindly asked you to verify your phone number to complete your account verification which you have not done.
Once point 3. is done a phone call to verify your identity will take place.
Please note that the support department has failed to reach you twice already, once the support department fails to reach you five times your account will be frozen.
