Hi
I am having the worst experience at Casoo casino. I have opened and verified my account, and made some small depo and withdraws.
I play some more casino, and now I want to withdraw 1500 euro. The withdraw gets rejected, with no explanation.
Live Chat service is ALWAYS offline. I have sent over 10 emails to support, and they have not ever replied! How is this even possible?
This is not from bonus. I deposit, I play some casino games. My account is 3000 euro.
I do not like to make a public complaint but I have no choice here. So sad :(
