Now it has gone many days and still problems with withdrawing my winnings. First they wanted me to have a ecopayz account which i closed ages ago then they said they have now neteller up and running so they said that I have to deposit through neteller to make a withdrawal which is great enough but it comes up error all the time. I have spoken to neteller but they say this casino does not have a neteller account. I have spoken to Casoo customer service many times now but i just get the same answer all the time that they are working on it and that it has worked for other customers without problems.
It is nok 15000 i am waiting for I hope someone can help so I can get my winnings.

I had to open a skrill account to get my money as neteller told me that this casino does not have an neteller account.
I have now recieved my money after much back and forth and not much help or communication from casoo at all.

As mentioned before Casoo does have Neteller and Casoo does have Skrill.
Other users from Norway make deposits successfully to our Skrill and Neteller accounts in various currencies, namely EUR, USD and NOK.

First I would appreciate it if you could read my previous comments and answer the questions I have asked.
I should of been made aware that I could not use all of the advertised withdrawal methods before I deposited my money not after.
I explained in my earlier message I have spoken to neteller on the telephone and they have told me that Casoo casino does not have an neteller account.
I have no problem what so ever using neteller for both deposit and withdrawal at other casinos, I used it last week as a matter of fact and have evidence to show this if askgamblers need it.
Is very strange that lsome days ago you told me that you did not have neteller and that the casino was working on getting it and now you say that other players from Norway have no problem using it. Maybe they have a skrill account.
The problem is that it is skrill you use not neteller
