I tried to ask support, but no one could give me a explanation on why this happened.

AskGamblers Complaints Team strongly encourage the casino management to consider possible amendments of the aforementioned term/s towards more clarity and the avoidance of similar misunderstandings in the future, and / or to change that bonus policy/procedures all together so that similar scenarios do not happen to other players.
Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body.
Casoo is very generous when it comes to bonuses and it gives a great chance for the users to win more often and to win greater sums of money, however these bonuses have to be wagered and the rules casino has set out have to be followed.
Nevertheless, after a throughout audit we conclude that you have made a mistake by cancelling a money bonus for leveling up before completing the wagering requirements therefore any wins thereof have burned themselves.
As said above the bonus was 54% wagered and is “sticky”. Unfortunately we can’t refund any of the funds because the outcome of the bonus is unknown and can’t be linearly predicted and the bonus canceled somehow (from our end)..
Casoo casino has rewarded your account with glimmer dearly before therefore there is nothing extra we can do in this case.

This complaint has been reopened as per Casoo Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
I would like to get my money back, and I also ask you to permanently close my account at your casino. I’m not interested in playing at a casino that takes customers winnings.
Btw, I sent you early a email about closing my account, and I have spent a lot of money after that because you don’t follow up. I will make a complaint about that.
