Declined payment again and again

I am filing this complaint for REPEAT FRAUD by CasinoAndYou. They approved my withdrawals TWICE and rejected both without paying.

INCIDENT 1 - 18.04.2026:

1. Date: 18.04.2026 (06:37)

2. Amount: 14800 PKR

3. Status: APPROVED by CasinoAndYou

4. Result: Later REJECTED without payment or consent. Screenshot attached.

INCIDENT 2 - 24.04.2026 to 27.04.2026:

1. Date: 24.04.2026 - New withdrawal 14799 PKR APPROVED

2. Date: 27.04.2026 14:05 - Same withdrawal REJECTED by operator

3. Reason given: "Payment processing error."

4. Result: Funds returned to balance as 14800 Re. I have NOT touched it. Screenshot attached.

PATTERN OF FRAUD:

CasinoAndYou approves withdrawals to show compliance, then rejects them to steal funds. This happened TWICE in 9 days.

OTHER VIOLATIONS:

- Security Team closed Ticket #9221848 on 27.04.2026 without paying approved funds.

- Support sends template "reviewing" replies after approval to deliberately delay.

This violates MGA License rules and the Casino's T&C Section 5.2. This is criminal theft.

Final notice sent to casino: Pay 14799 PKR by 28.04.2026 1:00 PM or I file a complaint with MGA + Pakistan Cyber Crime.

AskGamblers please:

1. Mark as URGENT FRAUD - REPEAT OFFENDER

2. Demand immediate payment from the casino

3. Escalate to MGA for license review

Casino rejected my withdrawal AGAIN today.

1. 12:30 PM - 4800 PKR rejected - "Payment processing error"
2. 01:35 PM - 10000 PKR rejected - "Payment processing error"

Total 14,800 PKR = Same amount that was APPROVED on 29.04.2026

Screenshot attached as proof. Casino is deliberately blocking my approved funds.

Please mark this case as URGENT and escalate to casino management. I will NOT deposit any more money.
