Profile issue Unable to verify mobile number due to OTP issue

I would like to highlight the serious issue about my profile on casinoandyou casino. I registered on the site on 03/07/2025 and filled all the details except mobile number because I tried multiple times from multiple devices and different alternative numbers but unfortunately none of the number verified because OTP is not coming in the mobile. I did my first deposit and reached to support because bonus not credited, support team told mobile number field is empty in profile section and they also not able to add the number given by me since it's out of scope. They do not have any resolution over SMS issue and suggested me to write email to support team along with my id proof used for verification. I immediately sent an email to support team but there no any single reply from support team even I sent reminder topup as well . This issue has become serious concern for me since my deposit is still there in my account and I am feeling helpless. I request you to kindly add 'casinoandyou' support team member here to provide the solution since they are not responding me on chat and emails. Thanks in advance.
