i am waiting for 10 days for the verification of my account. I sent all required documents to Casino Sieger at the 10.07.2020 and nothing happenes since today (Screenshot 1). In addition i made a withdrawal at the 10.07.2020, too (Screenshot 2). I missclicked it and cancelled it on the 14.07.2020, but create a new one on the same day (Screenshot 3). Even this is longer than the 48 hours withdrawal process, that is displayed in their FAQs (Screenshot 4).
I tried to get in contact via mail multiple times and i never saw, that their live chat is online - even in the business hours! This casino is definitv not recommended.
