Withdrawal has been delayed
I asked for an e-transfer, 72 hours of processing later, the money was back into my account, the casino chat claimed that the problem came from Interac and that I should try again. BUT when asked if they are sending the money through Interac to my email the answer was no, the money is being sent through a bank transfer to my debit account. Claimed I need to wait 48 more hours for the new withdrawal to be processed. Casino has failed to comply with a good customer service, I am only filing this claim for the lack of trust.
