Winnings confiscated due to bonus abuse

i signed up to this casino on 21/02/2019 and took their welcome bonus and initially lost, then on the 08/03/2019 i was sent an email inviting to take up an offer when depositing which i duly took up and managed to get my balance to over £800, to which i requested a withdrawal.

weeks went by with no word so i went to login and found my account blocked, went onto live chat and they said my account was pending investigation, i was confused so decided to wait.

i have now recieved this email saying i have been found to be fraudulent so i quickly went onto chat to ask how?!!

they said the code i used was a welcome bonus which i have already claimed, i explained that i recieved the offer via email and nowhere says its a welcome, furthermore how can i possibly claim two welcome offers?

i feel this is extremely unfair as i believe i have done nothing wrong, i have attached the emails as best i can.

id like to confirm that casinojoy have stuck to thier word and have refunded the amount as they said they would

i would like to thank askgamblers for thier part in resolving this and also thank casinojoy for doing the right thing, as i stated from the beginning i used the code via email in good faith and had no intention of fraudulent misuse

which also at least restores faith in casinojoy to continue using them for my gaming
