Troubles getting £1,168 won and account still not verified after notarized ID provided
Hi,
I won £1168 back in November 2018, yes over 3 months ago! I have been back and forth with this casino over KYC checks since then and I have lost my patience with them completely. I have been asked to upload standard documents, drivers licence, credit card etc, which was then not deemed satisfactory for the account to be verified. I then uploaded a photo of myself holding my drivers licence. Back in January I was then requested to upload a notorised form of ID, which I have since provided at personal cost and some annoyance as I have a new born baby and cannot leave the house so easily. This was done on the 19th Feb and I have not heard anything since. Their automated response email clearly states that should be completed within 48-72 hours and I've heard nothing. I have since emailed the casino asking for clarification but they have chosen to ignore me.
I feel this has gone on way too long and have no choice but to raise a complaint in order to try and get my winnings returned to me!
