No refund of balance after casino closed my account

Casino Joy closed my account because I self-excluded at a sister site, genesis. I had a balance remaining in my account of several hundred dollars. Despite confirming they would refund the money, and me sending through the details they required, they then went silent. I have chased many times, and they are now not responding, and i still haven't received my refund.

I have been in contact with the finance team regarding this. They have managed to trace the missing funds and have now re-sent those to the bank account which you provided. These funds should be in your account in 2-5 working days.
I apologise for the delay and if you need anything further please do not hesitate to ask.
