Issue with withdrawal and non-responsive customer service

I made two deposits on Nov 27th, with Trustly from my bank account. Got some win and withdrew 4165 SEK same day to same bank account. Money still not in my account Dec 5th, and I reported it to support. They said they will investigate. I have been emailing asking for progress a few times. Until now (Dec 11th) - no responses - and no money received.

Finally I received my money. Modern and customer friendly casinos nowadays do not blame the suppliers. You own your customer experience and need to take all actions you can to keep them satisfied. You did not reply to my concerns and did not keep me informed about any issues you had. Competition is so wide today, and I would not see any reason for anyone to put money or trust into Casino Joy. I will not.

I can see that your original withdrawal failed due to a technical issue we had with the payment proivider.
However i can see that the funds were approved again on 14/12/2018.
Please let me know if you have any further issues with this.
