Withdrawals not processed after max 72 hrs

Hi ask gamblers
On the 11/12/20 I took a £30 deposit bonus on casino gods wasn't successful on the initial deposit.
After 2 days of wagering I managed to clear the bonus and made a cash out of £120 on the 13/12/21 leaving a balance to try again
On the 14/12/20 I withdrew another £125 both of these withdrawals have now passed the 72 hours processing times stated in the casinos T@Cs.
I have tried live chat which is non responsive and also sending emails to customers services with no response.
To me this is a lot of money and would have really helped me and my daughter have a great Xmas but I'm also worried now that when these withdrawals are processed I will have to go thru docs verification as currently on the docs page on the casino its saying docs not required.
Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Both these withdrawals were processed and paid very quickly after processing if gensesis group would communicate with customers during the withdrawals process they would see a lot less complaints.

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced delays with your withdrawals requests. Understanding your frustration, please let us point out that as a regulated gaming company, we are obliged to carry out all the necessary checks on all our customer's withdrawal requests before we are able to process them. These checks can sometimes take a bit longer than anticipated, especially in times with high level of player contacts.

After reviewing your account we can confirm that both your withdrawals have been paid out on the 22/12/2020. Therefore, you should be receiving the funds in the following 1 to 3 working days.

With regards to verification, you do not need to send in any documents at the time being. When documents are required, our verification team will contact you via e-mail and they will advise you accordingly of what you need to upload.
