Withdrawal delayed for 2 weeks
Hi AG,
I have won a substantial amount at the Casino Gods on 26.03.21, when I requested my withdrawal. Now it is important to say that I am verified at the casino and have previously used it last year and although it was on the slow side, it was nothing like my experience now, hence why I am concerned and writing this complaint.
The difference this time is that I am using a different payment method, for which I received a request (7 days after the withdrawal was made, and not their 72 hours stated) for a photo of the card used, which I have provided the same day.
I am now waiting further 7 days and the document still shows as pending review, although again their timeframe states 72 hours and obviously withdrawal is still not processed.
I have received 2 generic e-mails since the start of the process and I am being assured that this is being looked into, however it surely does not feel this way, since it is well over the timeframe stated on their website and e-mails.
To be fair it looks and feels like it is being delayed on purpose and this obviously never goes well with the user- customer, which in this case happens to be me!
I didn't want to write a complaint, as usually things are handled well with direct communication in most cases, but it is clear to me this isn't one of them. Hopefully this post would get it resolved.
I do have screenshots of all information, but do not feel comfortable posting this in an open forum.
