Withdrawal and Verification troubles

On the 28.05.2020 I Signed up for Casino gods with a 100% match bonus and won £8000 after I was done playing at about 3AM I cancelled the bonus because the money was won with my cash balance the withdrew the £8000 then almost straight away I was asked to verify my account so I uploaded the documents for the verification at around 3:40AM. After 4 days an agent on live chat finally verified it there and then and said the withdrawal will be processed as well because they sent off to the game provider because the game provider had to make payment(which ive never heard off. Now since Monday every day I have been getting told it will be sorted within 24 hours and it just keeps continuing saying there waiting on game provider so im really not sure what to do because they still haven't processed my withdrawal now on 04.06.2020 after been dealing with VIP All week apparently im not VIP anymore yet I was last night. Not quite sure what to do anymore because its as if there trying not to pay me my winnings I have a collection of every conversation in photos and a recording of my win.
