Hi,
I started playing at Casino Extra yesterday and set up a deposit limit of 50€ per month.
However the system does not seem to work at all, as I was allowed to deposit far more than that, totaling 1250€ of deposits.
I texted the support but they keep replying with the same lines and dont seem to understand my issue.
I would like to request a refund of those deposits, as I should not have been able to deposit more than 50€.

Casino Extra reached out and asked for my bank details, I was told they would send a refund on monday, I will update if/when it arrives.
