Hi, hoping for your assistance with a $750 CAD withdraw pending since 5/30/2025. I have not received a reply to any emails about my Cashout but am told by livechat it is in priority and no action required on my end. Livechat tells me it is in queue, my VIP manager has stopped answering me all together. No request for documents and verification not required, screenshots provided. Was originally told 3 days, but now they just say sorry for the delay. Please help.
