I requested a withdrawal 7 days ago to skrill. The Ts & C's state 48 hours processing.
I have had past withdrawals no issue within this time frame. This was from a pre exisiting balance where I have had withdrawals in the past & no bonus was used.
I am also fully verified.
I have chased on email (ignored) & on chat and just keep being told it will be done.
Please could you help.
