Hello. I registred in Betrally.com. Make deposit and play. Win about 430$. Ask in chat wthat documents needs for verifications. He said - send photo of passport,utility bill, my selfie with passport and screenshot of my bank account. I send all documents and recive email what my account verificed. After I make withdrawal 320$. And today I can't login in my account. And not recive my winnings. Please help me return my winnings . Thank you.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with valid evidence on behalf the management of BetRally Casino where it is clearly displayed detection of clear fraudulent activity related to ‘manipulating’ individual identity and verification documents. Player by these actions breached casino Terms and Conditions #70, and showed lack of compliance with Term #69.
"70. According to our Security standards and as per our anti-money laundering obligations, we reserve the right to raise queries or demand documentation related to the source of the deposited funds. If the provided information/documentation is not viewed as satisfactory Betrally may suspend/terminate the customer’s account and pass on any necessary information to the relevant authorities."
"69. Betrally reserves the right to demand any customer to provide sufficient documentation to be satisfied in its absolute discretion as to the customer’s identity prior to Betrally crediting any Promotion, bet, offer or any payout whatsoever in favor of the customer."

Unfortunately, we are still awaiting for the BetRally Casino management to provide the AskGamblers Complaints Team with all the necessary information we requested and need to be able to adequately review and decide the case. If the casino management fails to provide that information we will have no other option but to close the complaint as Unresolved and recommend the player to forward their issue in front of the relevant regulatory body directly.
