Dear Bitkingz and Askgamblers,

I have tried to withdraw 3 times and keep getting different excuses why the keep rejecting them. The last one the agent said it was an ‘internal error, I am fully verified and the agents said there is nothing they need from me on my end. I even followed up on my last rejected request and they said everything was good, then rejected it an hour later. Please process my $2000.01 request.

I inquired the status and was told to upload a bank statement. But my bank doesn’t make them until June, and they said transaction history screenshots are not accepted. So now I have to wait another week to give them this although I’ve already been waiting over 2 weeks.

Einzahlung Litecoin

Sehr geehrtes Askgambler Team,

Ich habe immer mit Litecoin bei Bitkingz eingezahlt , wie auch an dem Tag, bitkingz hat die mindesteinzahlung auf 0.2ltc erhöht ohne das es mir aufgefallen ist. Nun es sind ca 20€ Wo nicht gutgeschrieben wurden. Der livechat behauptet die Litecoins sind in dem Fall nie bei Ihnen angekommen.. Aber es ist doch trotzdem Ihre Adresse und die coins wurden kurze Zeit später auch wieder bewegt, ich möchte das bitkingz mir den fehlenden Betrag gutschreibt., bitte um Ihre Hilfe

Unterschlaegt Einzahlung

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Hiermit reiche ich Beschwerde gegen das angeblich Seriöse "Bitkingz Casino" ein. Ich erläutere Ihnen den Vorfall. Es geht darum, dass ich am 24.03.2024 in diesem Casino einen Betrag von 60,00€ via Banküberweisung einzahlte, die Transaktion wurde erfolgreich abgeschlossen und die Summe von 60,00€ wurde dem Casino gutgeschrieben. Allerdings habe ich dieses Geld nie auf mein Casino Konto erhalten. Ich habe mich mehrere Male mit dem Support von Bitkingz auseinandergesetzt, sie sagten zuerst, dass das ein Fehler von meiner. Bank gewesen ist und dass das Geld innerhalb von 5 Tagen automatisch zurückerstattet wird. Das ist natürlich nicht passiert, ich kann belegen dass das Casino das Geld erhalten hat, weshalb ich den Support erneut kontaktierte. Nun forderten sie mehrere Kontoauszüge mit persönliche Informationen an und versprachen mir, sich um dieses Problem zu kümmern und das Zahlungsteam zu informieren. Allerdings sind bereits wieder 5 Tage vergangen und als ich erneut auf den Support zu gekommen bin, wiederholen sich ihre Worte nur und ich soll wieder 5 Tage warten und ihnen erneut beweisen, dass ich die Einzahlung durchgeführt habe. Ich möchte hinzufügen, dass das Casino selbst die Einzahlung abgelehnt hat und mich keine Schuld trifft. Es ist schon sehr komisch, dass man mir jedes mal eine andere Geschichte erzählt, warum es nicht klappt. Das Bitkingz Casino hat kein Interesse daran, diese Angelegenheit zu klären und ich gehe so weit, dass ich dies eine Unterschlagung nenne. Ich bitte um sofortige Aufklärung.

Akzeptiere Auszahlung auf einmal wieder im Casinokonto

Hallo, nach erfolgreichem durchlaufen des verifizierunsprozesses wurde 2 mal die Auszahlung akzeptiert, jedoch nicht durchgeführt. Plötzlich ist im Casinokonto wieder die Auszahlung als Guthaben zu sehen. Jedes Mal werde ich vom Support vertröstet und soll erneut eine Auszahlung tätigen. Abgesehen davon würde ich genötigt dies via Banktransfer zu tun obwohl ich mit der Kreditkarte eingezahlt hatte. Natürlich ist der Mindestbetrag 10x höher als bei der benutzten Einzahlungsmethode.

Verzoegerte Auszahlung Bitkingz

Sehr geehrtes Askgamblers-Team,

ich reiche hiermit eine Beschwerde gegen das Bitkingz Casino ein. Mein Konto ist verifiziert, doch seit dem 21. Dezember 2023, 23:44, warte ich auf eine Auszahlung. Nach der Verifizierung wurde ungewöhnlicherweise ein Selfie mit meinem Ausweis verlangt. Obwohl ich dies erneut eingereicht habe, dauert die Auszahlung an, und seit dem 22. Dezember 2023, 17:25, bin ich offiziell verifiziert, aber das Geld ist noch nicht eingegangen. Der Support hat mir nicht weitergeholfen, stattdessen erhalte ich seit 6 Tagen täglich dieselbe Copy-Paste-Nachricht. Bitte unterstützen Sie mich bei diesem Anliegen.

Bitkingz - Keine Auszahlung bei Bitkingz

Angeworben wurde ich duch einen Gratisgutschein für 55 Freispiele, als ich diese beendet hatte, nahm ich die Umsatzbedienungen vor, welche ich auch nach einiger Zeit geschaft habe.
Nun hatte ich ein stattliches Guthaben von 100,000 Doge. Also lud ich meine Dokumente Ausweis, Stromrechnung hoch.
Die Dokumente wurden innerhalb von Minuten bestätigt, danach nachm ich sofort den Auszahlungsantrag vor, am nächsten morgen sag ich das die Auszahlung vom Casino storniert wurde.
Ich fragte deswegen direkt im Chat an, woran das liegt, ,man sagte mir ich solle doch bitte noch ein Selfie hochladen mit meinem Ausweis in der Hand. Als das geschehen ist, versuchte ich einen erneute Auszahlung zu beantragen, diese wurde jedoch innerhalb von Minuten abgelehnt und mein Guthaben war bis auf 8500 Doge reduziert.
Im Chat erklärte man mir, das dieses der Maximale Gewinn aus Freispielen sei denn man behalten dürfe.
Weder in der Email die ich vom Casino habe noch in den AGB habe ich diese zeile gefunden.
Anschliessend wollte ich wenigstens diesen Restbetrag auszahlen, jedoch weder der link den man bekommt um seine Zahlung zu bestätigen funktioniert noch wird auf emails geantwortet!
Seitdem steht meine Auszahlung auf "pending" der Chat hat immer ausreden warum es noch länger dauern soll keiner möchte oder kann mir eine Auskunft geben wann ich die Auszahlung erhalten werden.
Das Casino wirbt auf seiner Seite mit "Sofortigen Auszahlungen"
Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen, weil man gefühl sagt mir das ich nicht der einzige bin der ein Problem mit dem Casino hat, welches ja noch sehr neu ist.

They wont accept the document for verification

So I have been waiting to verify for awhile now and they keep asking for "To proceed with your request, we kindly ask you to upload a PDF version of your 30 NZD deposit made on 2025-10-14 12:24:41 UTC time zone with following details clearly visible: date, time and amount of the deposit, your name and merchant’s details." I have done exactly this il upload the document (keep in mind my deposit was done in NZST so the date is the 15th of october for the deposit). I've shown all info asked of me and uploaded in the required format, yet they still refuse to verify me and I'm over it.

Waiting three weeks for a deposit that I made now they busy with some investigation

I made a EFT payment or deposit on the 18th of February. 3weeks ago. Don't know what the issue was but they now investigating something. Live chat keeps on escalating the issue. Now they busy Investigating that too. Here is proof that I made the deposit. And bank statement approved it was successful.

Think we need outside people to do some more investigations?

Asking an impossible task in order to verify withdraw

I’m currently struggling to get a withdrawal from one of the top casinos Bitkings. When I deposit, I use a paysafe voucher not through an account, just enter in the space provided. This is widely accepted even though bitkings. I am now trying to make a withdrawal. They are saying I must withdraw into the same account as I deposited in. I am trying to use bank transfer as is also common. I have photos of the paysafe vouchers and receipts showing how I deposited it. I have all electronic records showing that I wasn’t paying through a paysafe or skrill account, only top up vouchers directly to the site. I need help as this is stressful. If they accept payment that way they must payout through bank transfer. If not I should get all my money deposited in this fashion back. Attached are the actual paysafe vouchers, receipts from deposits that they asked for and a photo of the paysafe link used to deposit. This states it has no link to any accounts.

I have tried to withdraw my money balance on bitkingz casino to my bank account for 10 times now. All times so far is rejected by bitkingz. I have verified everything on my casino profile, I have added my driver's license, bank card, address, everything they asked for. Still the withdrawal is not going through. I have tried to withdraw to my bank card, my skill and neteller account. Nothing is working. Then I asked them on bitkingz support what the problem is, the answer was that I have to withdraw the money to the same bank card that I deposited money from. And the fact is that I have tried to withdraw to my bank card many times, even after I took the pictures on the card that they needed. Still rejecting my withdrawal, please help me to get my money! The amount that I try to withdraw is 301€.

Delayed bank withdrawal

Being an avid AG user in recently tried my luck in this site. And after seeing the fast payouts I raise my withdrawal. There begins my problem.

It's been 8 days now and so far I have not received my winnings.
