It's been 8 days now and so far I have not received my winnings.

You have been told that it with provide later with bank and now after these many days saying that it did not reach provider it self. I am not sure how do you change your words . Can answer to this
Firstly incorrect info on withdrawl next kept waiting for long with false info
I request ask gambler not to encourage such sites by promoting them
Now they made a new withdrawl request for making me wait for 10 days now they will say to wait for 10 days more which is not acceptable
Please Ask Gamblers help me out with this issue.
