Not paying my withdrawal rs 44000from 22nd jan 2023 and locked my account

I am new to online gambling I found and searched on google then I come to know that Betway is good site to play and it has good international brand.

I registered my site on jan16 2023 and deposited amount and successfully registered and won amount Rs 44000 and later I lost some and put to withdrawn RS 44000 on 22nd jan 2023 to my wallet account.

So takes 24 hours to process after couple of days it's still showing pending so I have contacted support and they asked me to submit documents ID proof and address proof to [email protected] on the same day I see that it locked there is no notice on mail as well.

Later next day I uploaded my New ID adhaar and bank statement as well. Waited for 7days and there was no response so I again contacted them through live chat and they now told me to wait for the undress process and every time I ask them I used to get same answer from support.

Every time I used to get connected it will takes 2 to 3 hours in queue when finally get connected they will tell to wait it was under process our operation looking for query they will get back to me but after 2 months also I didnt get any emails from there.

Like this happens one agent finally told me that I will escalate again then after three days I got reply that I have to do jumio live verification and first I got error and again told them to provide link the next time I did successfully done. After 10 days my account was also unlocked.

So I asked them to provide my withdrawal payment then they asked to verify your account again in order to process your withdrawal. So I did send and verified my account of new document ID

After 2 days again they locked my account.

I trusted this betway site but I was totally scammed.

I have complete information for them now they are not ready to pay the withdrawn amount also. They wasted so much time and money.

Please askgambles tell them unlock my account and process my withdrawal. I have complained to betway manager till I didnt get any reply.

Please help with this worst experience I had.

I trust askgamblers they will help because I can lot query got solved here please help to get my withdrawal 44000/-rs and also my betway account.

Should you remain unhappy with the conclusion of the complaint, you can follow the steps in the Dispute response for the next step.

With the above being said, the funds will remain confiscated as per our Terms and Conditions.

Hello please give my withdrwan amount rs 44000 , its hard earned not like cheating your customers if they win money in your gambling sites.

I have lost so much in gambling these some i made my winnings if you guys all not giving telling flase narratives that i have cheated .

How can i cheat and take advantage from this gambling i am aware that i have never violated your terms.

Please pay my money betway.
You guys are scamming customers and i also report a formal complaint eCogra gambling comisdion and Gumcare.

Please others dont trust this site they will eat your money even if you the money.

Betway purposely delaying withdrawal
So I have been waiting since 24th jan for my withdrawl to be processed and yet still have no recieved my funds.

The amount is £20,668.52

I have been sent around in circles being told one thing than another.

I sent documents and was told i was successfully verified.
But the withdrawl was still delayed.

An agent then was really helpful and requested a timeframe seems it was already overdue.

I was then sent a link to yet again verify. Which did not work.

I waited days for another link which worked and I did It right away.

Now Im back to sqaure one of being told to wait which I do then told to wait longer again.

Now today my account has been locked. So I asked this morning why and was told although its not yet being reviewed it can be closed during review...
So which is it I ask?

Though the next agent then told me it was locked due to concerns on chat which is absurd.

The only thing I can possibly feel that is being excused as a reason for concern is that I agreed with agents who said it is frustrating and said it is causing me stress, which it would any normal person being messed around with inconsistent information.

No consumer is happy about funds being withheld for no valid reason.

The agent then closed the chat on me which I think is disgustingly rude.

Under the Gambling Commission rules and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, players have the right to withdraw deposited funds and winnings at any time without unreasonable delay or restriction.

I would most certainly say this has been unreasonable. I sent all my documents for verification right away and its been delayed as much as possible, using any reason they can come up with.

I have all chats screenshotted but haven't uploaded due to the large amount.

Betway advertises a Live Chat feature as a primary means of resolving urgent issues. However, after numerous attempts to access this service, I have found it to be completely non-functional. The link either leads to a dead page or places me in an infinite loop within the "Help" section. A gambling operator must provide real-time assistance, especially when financial transactions are involved. The fact that the Live Chat is "invisible" or perpetually unavailable is deceptive and prevents players from seeking immediate help.

3. Automated Email Responses (Bot Interference)
Furthermore, I have attempted to resolve this through their official contact emails. Every communication I have sent has been met with a generic, automated response generated by a bot. These replies do not address my specific concerns and offer no path to speak with a human representative. This "wall of automation" is a tactic used to frustrate users and avoid accountability. There is a total lack of transparency and professional oversight in their communication department.
