I am being told the issue has been escalated to the relevant team
I transferred an amount of Rs 1,00,000 on 23/06/2023 (upi id 354004746026). Since the transaction limit of my account was only Rs 70,000, I could enter the amount deposited a Rs 70,000 only instead of Rs 1,00,000. Now, the amount did not reflect in my Betway account due to incorrect amount. I asked them to please initiate refund of Rs 1,00,000. I haven’t received the refund till date. I have even shared all the proofs of payment as well as bank statement as asked, but still haven’t received it and it’s been a month now.
They are not even replying to the emails. Every time I speak to someone from the support team, I am being told the issue has been escalated to the relevant team and that I would get the refund within 3-5 business days. Request you to please help me get this refund asap. Thanks
