I have opened account in Betway in May and played there over month. I lost a little but later I have won. My balance was over 500 euro and in the June they blocked access to the Account. They wanted additional verification so of course I sent all documents.
Later they wrote me that documents are checking and I have to wait. I write to them but they didn't answer co I found this site in Web and I hope my Complaint will be helpful.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Betway Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

We have taken a look into the account; we do see that the Operations team completed a review, the account was closed in accordance with term 7.1 and 7.2 of our Terms and Conditions:
7.2 Account Suspension and Termination
7.2.2 Termination
Should Our investigation result in knowledge that You have violated these Terms, or engaged in any activity described in 7.1, We reserve the right to restrict or close Your account. In these instances, We will withhold the balance on Your account, up to the amount of any loss or fees incurred by Betway. Cases of Underage Gambling will be dealt with as described in section 3.1.
If you have engaged in illegal activity. Betway is under no obligation to refund to You any money that may be In Your account. In addition, Betway shall inform the relevant authorities, relevant regulatory body, sports governing bodies, other online service providers, banks, credit card companies, electronic payment provider or other financial institution of Your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity. You will not be allowed to open any future accounts with Us.
Specific term in 7.1 that customer has violated:
7.1.3 if You provide incorrect or misleading information regarding Your identity, ager or location, or refuse to provide information requested by Betway
As of now, the decision cannot be overturned, and the account shall remain closed.
