Exactly one week ago I asked for 2.9 mbtc withdrawal at Betpanda.io. I have additional 1.485 mbtc there.
I have cashed out successfully before at this casino and they paid in minutes. This time no and after some time I contacted them by live chat. They told me to write an email to their support which informed me that they were doing a "routine check". I asked how much time it would get for this "routine check" but they did not respond anymore.
On live chat they told me they would not comment on "other department work". I sent an email after 5 days of this "routine check" but again no response from them. Now full week has gone and I'm sure they are scamming me.
Their routine check would take 20 minutes at most and if they are really checking my account they would at least respond to me and give me a time frame of how much more it would get to be finished. I have played mostly live bets at betpanda.io.
Doing nothing wrong. No other accounts there. I just want to be paid...
Betpanda did not ask any time for any verification but I'm ready to verify my account if they ask to.
