I played Last Viking Slot at Betpanda.io chose to pay for the free spins bonus for the only option offered $100 for a $1 wager the spins played and finished totalling $1482.90. Then I went back to the buy bonus screen took photo to send a friend along with the screen at the end of bonus round after that I took 1 more spin and total was reflected in the game after exiting the game looked at my wallet total at betpanda.io main page no credit showing look in history shows deducted for $100 along with the free spins lines with ID # but no final total showing at all. So immediately I talked to live chat and I was told they had to escalate the problem then I emailed support to send pics I took to help understand the issue and show the win and make it easier for them to talk to provider of game well it's been 5 days and I'm still hearing same response shown below

In a situation like this we almost always do have to contact the game provider for assistance, as the issue which happens in game would need to be solved by them, we cannot do this ourselves.

Normally they respond quite quickly, but in this instance it looks like it took the game provider a few days to get back to us.
