Hello dear Askgamblers team,
i‘m starting to get really frustrated and helpless with my wthdrawals at betmaster. I‘ve made regular deposits via Paysafecard and with a mix between Casino and Sportsbook i was able to gather winnings of about est. 6.500-7.000€.
When i tried to withdraw my funds, it says i have to contact the Support for ordering a withdrawal. The support told me the only available withdraw-option is transfer to a bank account and they need proof of my ID and Bank Card - which i gave them.
I ordered 2 withdrawals - one 2.500€ and another 1.500€. The rest of 2.900€ in my account i cant even withdraw during other 2 withdrawals being processed as they say.
The support first told me it takes up to 3 business days max. After 3 days they said ‚don‘t worry its max. 5 days. After that they said its 7 business days max. Now we‘re at 8 business days passed and all i get is copy paste answers from the support without anyone telling me whats the issue.
Please help me collect my funds as i‘m really getting desperate by this point.

I would like to assure you that we are much more interested in paying out your funds instead of keeping multiple communications in chats and replying to the public complaints :)
I will request the proof from the payment team if the AskGamblers Team requires it.
Anyways, our payment team has to repeat the payout attempt with the recently provided details to us, so I will update you here as soon as possible.
