Withdraw failed time after time without a reason
Hello!
I have ran into problems withdrawing from BetMaster Casino.
This started around a week ago. I believe the story is pretty usual and common.
I made a deposit, I managed to win something (550€), and then I verified my account.
The verification was successful superfast, it didn't take more than 10 minutes.
But as we know, if something seems to be to good to be true, it usually is.
I tried instantly make a withdraw. My money bounces back to my BetMaster account.
After that within seconds I receive and email. E-mail only tells me that withdraw has "Failed", and "I need
to contact customer service." I have tried to withdraw it a week straight, but nothing has happened.
I withdraw, the money disappears from my gaming balance for 1 second, and it bounces back to my BetMaster account,
and soon after I receive the same e-mail that I've received every time when I try to withdraw.
I have contacted customer service for at least 6 straight days, and the answer is always the same.
They say that they are sorry and they apologize for what is happening.
They wont give me any timeline for how long this will take.
They wont tell me why everything has frozen, and nothing seems to move forward.
Absolutely no reason for why this is happening has been given to me.
They give me the same copy+paste answer over and over again, so it no longer means anything.
