Waiting 21+ days for my verification
Hello,
betmaster.io does not want to pay out my legitimate winnings. On the 16.11. I asked for a payout in the live chat, because the payout was blocked for me on the website. The answer followed:
"Hello.
In accordance with the requirements of our security department, we ask you to verify your identity before the withdrawal can be processed.
The verification process is a standard procedure that can take 3 to 14 business days. During the verification process you can continue to use your account to play.
Below is the list of documents you need to submit:
A photo of the valid document to prove your identity. One of the following documents can be accepted:
- Passport (a page that clearly shows your personal details)
- Identity card (front and back)
Screenshot of your direct banking, confirming your ownership of the account you used to make the deposit.
Selfie from you hold your passport/ID card front page. The photo must be taken on a background of this chat.
Please email the requested documents to security@betmaster.com and include your login in the subject line.
Also make sure that the documents you submit meet the following requirements:
The entire document must be visible on the photo or scan you provide.
All details of the document, including series/number, background, edges and photo, must be clearly visible and legible.
You will be notified as soon as the review is completed or if you need to submit additional information.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation."
I sent the email the same day. I had to retake a picture and the support team asked for the following later:
"Hello.
Please find below the additional document that you are required to submit:
A screenshot of the document confirming your ownership with the ecopayz account you used to deposit to your account + deposit confirmations (receipts) you made from your ecopayz account to our website
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your collaboration.
I also sent this directly. Since then, however, there has been silence and I was only put off when I asked.
Upon my request, the support wrote:
"As my colleague mentioned, the verification process can take longer than 14 working days in rare cases. Therefore we ask you to wait a little. We will do our best to speed up the process for you and get back to you soon with the answer. We appreciate your understanding and patience."
