Payment has not been made despite submitting all documents to verify my account
After I submitted the withdrawal request, it was rejected and I was asked to provide documents in order to verify my account.

Your account has been closed due to a breach of the following Terms and Conditions:
10. Fraud, multiple accounts, multiple entries, circumvention of measures to prevent fraud and/or unauthorized access/entry, participation which violates Bonus Terms are prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to close Personal Accounts and refuse to pay bonus/prize or other incentives of Promotions if the Client used multiple entries/accounts.
