Giving me the run around with withdraw my winnings
Hello ASKGAMBLERS! I know when all else fails to come to you guys to help deal with unprofessional staff.
My journey at BETMASTER began on OCTOBER 14TH 2020 where I have deposited 250 EU via my DEBIT Credit Card- I have then won a withdrawabal amount of 2328 EU. As i tried to withdraw from their payment system i realized they did not provide me with a withdrawal method that would allow me to withdraw my winnings back to my checking account where the funds originated from. After letting them know that I could not withdraw via the available methods, they then asked me to deposit a minimum deposit Via ECOPAYZ to then be able to withdraw my entire balance Via Ecopayz. I have then made a 10.00 EU deposit on the same day via Ecopayz which their support representative told me i would be contacted to let me know when I can withdraw via Ecopayz. After being told to continue to wait until a few days ago where I approached support staff VIa live chat to find out why I have not yet received my funds. Support staff then told me to make a NEW minimum deposit via INTERACT, to then be able to withdraw via INTERACT. On November 4th I have deposited via INTERACT for an amount of 20.00 EU. They have also requested at this time A NEW verification document which included me taking a selfie picture wit h my id in hand and the chat of our conversation in the background and ownership " of the same banking account " which has already been verified considering the source of funds from my interact deposited and my Mastercard Debit deposit are the exact same account. After showing my fustration with the casino because they had asked me to deposit via ECOPAYZ beforehand, i went back on chat to hopefully land on another agent with more experience. The last agent i spoke to told me they would speak to " the higher ups" to have my withdrawal paid by ECOPAYZ finally. I have still yet to hear an answer as to why i cannot withdraw to my ecopayz account OR any method for that matter.
