I have been waiting for my withdrawal of 555 EUR since November 2nd. My documents have been accepted, and I am fully verified. Despite this, the funds have still not been transferred. Each time I inquire, I receive a different answer, which is very frustrating.

The withdrawal was in fact processed a day after and only did not go through due to payment method error. Bank transfer was needed.
