BetAdonis Casino - Not processing withdrawal, citing "funding" issue

I'll keep this short. I deposited 3650USD to betadonis via bitcoin. After playing through that sum once I ended up with 2733USD remaining. They approved my account and approved my 2733USD withdrawal, but a few days later it got cancelled. I keep requesting withdrawals and they keep approving and subsequently cancelling them. The first few days they blamed a "BTC issue". Eventually, a week later, the live chat rep told me their corporate account does not have enough BTC on it to fund my withdrawal, even though I deposited 3650USD and lost 900 of it.

It's not acceptable for a casino/sportsbook to accept deposits and then claim they can't afford to send the withdrawal back.

BetAdonis Casino - Payment delay despite all their promises

hello team im waiting my money since 10/5/2019 and they promise me that on 17/5 i gonna receive it then on 18/5 after on 19/5 and until today i havent receive them.. i asked them why and just blocked me from chat i dont what to do else.they lie to my many times like the date i gonna have my money they treating me and when i ask about my money they close chat.The reason for that told me that have problem with payment system but i try and before on 25 of april to make again withdrawal again the same problem have but if you want to make deposit is faster than the sunlight

BetAdonis Casino - Stalling payout of winnings

Hi! I won 350 euro on this casino this saturday and the only reason I opened an account here was because of the fast payouts stated here at askgamblers. Anyhow, verification process went fine but after that the chat gives me very confusing answers and has promised me that I will get the cash today (thursday) but still nothing. And 3 days ago they said wednesday. Now they say friday but it's impossible for me to get the cash tomorrow if the timeframe AFTER the payout is 5-7 days. Now I am really getting concerned and the withdraw is still not even approved. Can you please help me askgamblers. Thank you.

BetAdonis Casino - Withdrawal still not complete from Dec 25th 2017

Withdraw request submitted on Dec 25 was pending for 10 or so days then cancelled. Resubmitted withdrawal request and after pending for a week it has paid status. Money not received so checked with bank and no credit exists. Contacted betadonis and sent pictures of net banking credits and it has sat with an “investigation team” for a week now and I follow up daily and told they cannot update me as its with another department. This has gone on forever and just want a resolution.

BetAdonis Casino - Giving me the runaround, staling deposit refund

After playing here for some time I recently ran in problems when I tried to claim the friday bonus. After contacting support they told me that I "abused the bonus" without giving more information. So I wanted my deposit back, no problem normally. Suddently they asked me to send them documents(including a selfie with my id). I already sent those documents in the past and were already verified. But now every time I try to withdraw they keep asking the same documents over and over again. When I contact support they tell me to wait 2days and try again or they tell me a document that was approved before is now rejected and I should send it again. Long story short; I just want my deposit back but them asking for selfies and ton of documents seems a bit unfair for €200,-. After this is done I will close my account never to return.

BetAdonis Casino not fixing probs or returning money

I signed up to BetAdonis casino (oddsmatrix platform) on Saturday and there have been a few problems.

Firstly I made a £20 first deposit into the casino wallet to receive a £20 welcome bonus and play the slots. Instead the £20 went into a sportsbook account (showing as £0.00 with a £25 bonus). So I try to transfer to casino wallet and it says that i have £0 balance, so unable.

I contact customer support (online support 3 times) and each time they leave me hanging after taking my username. I write two emails and this is what response I receive back:

"you have made bonus on Support are and that is why you cannot be able to play at Casino, but you can play at Support. In order to play also at Casino, you have to turn your bonus 4 times on the Odds of 2.0 at Support area and then you will be able to play also at Casino."

Now this makes no sense at all to me — there is no suport area either where I can move around my money. So I write back and ask them to refund my £20 back to my card and close my account, but I have received no reply and it is a dead wall of communication with bad english.

I would like my £20 back and for other people to be careful when playing here as the communication is the worst I have ever experienced in over 150 casinos. there are also bugs and problems with the software.
