Withdrawal delayed over a week
I am filing this complaint against BeonBet Casino due to unresolved issues regarding my withdrawal and the lack of adequate support.
I requested a withdrawal of 1000€ on 7th July, which was confirmed by the casino. However, as of today, I have not received the funds. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support via live chat and email, I have received either no response or generic replies that do not address the issue.
My account is fully verified, and I have complied with all terms and conditions. There has been no explanation for the delay, and the lack of transparency and communication is extremely frustrating.
They even requested proof of deposits via email, which i sent right after.
I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and assist in resolving this issue. I simply want what I am rightfully owed.
