Account blocked and confiscation of deposit and balance

I would like to report a serious issue with Betpanda, an online betting platform where I recently had an extremely negative experience.

I deposited $1,000 and placed a few sports bets on major leagues (Serie A, Champions League, etc.). After less than five bets, my account was blocked without prior notice. Following the KYC (identity verification) process, I was informed that my account was flagged by their odds provider (Betby) for alleged violations of their terms and conditions.

I would like to highlight the following:

1) Confiscated Total Balance: At the time of the block, my account had a balance of nearly $4,000 (including winnings).
2) No Violation of Rules: I am a regular bettor with years of experience on regulated Italian platforms. I have never engaged in arbitrage betting or used any illicit methods. I only placed regular bets on mainstream events, none of which were suspicious.
3) Request for Bet History: I have repeatedly requested via email that Betpanda provide my betting history to prove my innocence, but they have consistently ignored this request.
4) Confiscation of Deposit: Even if my winnings were annulled (which I do not accept), my $1,000 deposit is my own money and should not have been confiscated under any circumstances.
5) Inadequate Responses: As proof of their dismissive attitude, Betpanda replied to me on Trustpilot and another forum stating: “We have already replied to you via email, case closed.” This indicates that they have no intention of providing a fair resolution to my case.
I cannot understand how such a practice can be justified, especially since there is no clause in their terms and conditions that permits the confiscation of a deposit in the absence of fraudulent or illicit activity on my part.

My Request:
I am seeking a full refund of my $1,000 deposit as a priority and, if possible, the winnings that were rightfully mine (total balance of nearly $4,000). Additionally, I request that Betpanda provide my betting history for transparency and to demonstrate that I have not committed any violations.

I hope to resolve this matter fairly and equitably, and I look forward to your assistance in helping me recover at least my deposit so I can permanently end my relationship with Betpanda.

We regret to inform you that despite all the AskGamblers Complaint Team requests, Betpanda.io Casino management failed to provide reasonable justification and/or solid evidence which could prove the validity of the accusations against player.

Unfortunately, in this situation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other choice but to close the case as unresolved and advise the player to seek further assistance from the relevant regulatory body or appointed ADR entity. We are not in a position to comment on how other operators carry out their operations, they might have different rules and/or terms to our services, which we are sure they adhere to like we have done here.

We are not saying that there was no wrongdoing on our platform, quite the opposite. We are simply stating that, like you pointed out, this is behaviour which appears to repeat itself. We also cannot comment on why your account was limited in the first place, but there must have been a reason to do so.

The piece of Terms and Conditions which you breached was already provided above, but please find it again below:

5. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

In the interests of fair play, it is not permitted to utilise or deploy any novel or recognised betting techniques while using our services which are designed to circumvent the standard house edge in our casino games nor the sportsbook. Should we detect that You have engaged in any activity of this nature, we may immediately suspend, terminate or restrict access to Your Account and/or retain any funds on the account.

We also don't believe we have been vague, we have pointed out exactly what terms were breached.

AskGamblers has already been provided with the proof some time ago, and we have had further discussions with them via email.

Finally, we are not at the liberty to disclose a detailed account of the investigation or how these decisions are made as this could enable nefarious actors reading this conversation to take advantage of this information. We have been as transparent as possible, given the circumstances.

I find it quite interesting that you claim I have previously violated the Terms and Conditions on other sites using Betby as an odds provider. On what basis are you making this claim? You seem to be grasping at straws simply because I openly stated (in full transparency) that, after months of betting on BC.Game, they limited my stakes from several thousand USDT to a few hundred—a completely normal practice when you win a lot on any bookmaker. But BC.Game never confiscated my winnings or my deposit.

Now, you argue that seeing only these five bets “diminishes their meaning” because I have placed other bets on sportsbooks using Betby before. So are you saying that my account was flagged not based on my activity on Betpanda, but simply because I had played elsewhere before? If that’s the case, then you’re admitting that you closed my account and confiscated my funds without any actual wrongdoing on your platform.

You claim to have concrete proof of a breach of your Terms and Conditions, yet you refuse to provide it. So again, I ask:
• Which exact Terms and Conditions did I violate?
• What specific actions led to the confiscation of my funds?
• Why do other bookmakers limit players but still allow them to withdraw their balances, while you have outright confiscated everything?

Your responses so far have been vague and contradictory. If you truly had concrete proof, you would have no reason to withhold it. Instead, you keep avoiding the issue while refusing to justify the confiscation of my deposit and winnings in any meaningful way.

If, for security reasons (or more realistically, because of Betby, since you are putting all the blame and responsibility on them), you cannot provide this evidence directly to me, then send it to AskGamblers instead. If you are confident in your decision, this should not be a problem.

I continue to demand transparency, a proper explanation, and the full return of my funds.

As we have mentioned on several occasions to you already, betting history of any account as a standalone piece of evidence rarely proves if anybody's bets are legitimate or illegitimate. It simply shows that bets took place, but not under what circumstances.

To deduce if they are using some sort of tactics that could constitute a breach of our Terms and Conditions you need much more supporting evidence, something which cannot be seen simply from what the bet was placed on and how much for. That is why when the activity of an account is flagged by the sportsbook provider, who has much more data available to them when making decisions, it is exceedingly rare that this is inaccurate.

Also, if these were the only five bets you have ever placed on a sportsbook with this provider, the situation could be slightly different, but as this is not the case, it diminishes the meaning of seeing only these five bets even further.

Hence, we stand by the decision with concrete proof that breach of our Terms and Conditions did most certainly take place and therefore it is not possible to provide you with the winnings from these bets or a refund.

I am writing this to warn other players about my experience with Betpanda.io. I have been using this site for a couple of months for sports betting and casino games without any issues—until I actually won.

Two days ago, I was asked to complete a KYC verification. Immediately after submitting my documents, I attempted to withdraw my balance. My withdrawals were repeatedly rejected. After contacting support, I was told an "internal investigation" was underway.

A few hours later, I received an email stating that I had violated their terms and conditions. No specific reason, no evidence, and no explanation were provided. I can guarantee 100% that no rules were broken:

I do not use VPNs (even though they claim to allow them).

I do not use any third-party software or bots.

I do not engage in "value betting" or arbitrage.

I have never had issues with any other reputable bookmaker.

The most absurd part? They gave me 72 hours to withdraw only my last deposit (approx. $200), while confiscating the remaining $500 of my legitimate winnings. I’m submitting this complaint because the casino has decided to close my account and keep the funds I won legitimately, without providing any concrete or detailed justification.
Here is what happened:
The casino asked for documents and I submitted everything they required.
After verifying my identity, they informed me that my sportsbook activity “breaches their Terms & Conditions”.
However, they did not specify which rule I supposedly violated, nor what action triggered this decision.
They only gave me 72 hours to withdraw my last deposit, but they are planning to keep the remaining balance, which consists of legitimately won money from bets placed on odds they themselves offered.
I want to make this very clear:
The funds in my account were earned fairly and honestly, with normal bets, no bonus abuse, no duplicated accounts, nothing suspicious.
They were simply winnings from regular betting activity.
Closing my account is their choice — I accept that.
But keeping my money without giving a specific explanation is completely unfair and unacceptable.
I am requesting AskGamblers to help me obtain:
A transparent explanation of the exact clause they claim I breached
The release of my full balance, since the funds were earned legitimately and do not belong to the casino

Blocked account betpanda without notice

March 19, 2025 made one deposit of 500 USDT in crypto ERC20.

On March 21, after victories and defeats, I decided to withdraw the remaining funds. At that time, it was ~577 dollars.

After which they asked me KYC. I would like to point out that when registering they do not ask you to go through a KYC.

I sent immediately everything they asked for and waited. They did not name the verification results. I never received an answer. But then I found out that my deposit was rejected and my account was blocked. I contacted support as indicated, but support said that they do not have the information and I should wait for an answer by email.

3 days have passed, and there has been no answer. It is completely unprofessional to treat clients like this - first block them and not even notify them of the reason for the blocking.

After reading reviews on the Internet, I decided not to waste time and immediately write a complaint. Since I do not receive any specific answers to numerous questions in live support on the site.

I'm sure I didn't violate anything. And at the very least, it's strange to block without a reason.

I'll note that my country is not on the list of banned countries. But I used a VPN. I use a VPN for my personal purposes, not to bypass the site blocking. It's just more convenient when it's always on. The support team claims that they are VPN friendly.

I have attached screenshots. If you need any other information, I am ready to provide it.

At the time of blocking, the balance was about $600, because I made last bet before block.

I ask you to help me understand this strange situation and withdraw my funds from the account.

As you can see, I am not the only "lucky one". This is a problem that is common to many users. You can also go to the complaints of this casino on your site and make sure that there are many similar complaints to mine. And if you look at the dates, they are too frequent.

I am filing a formal complaint against BetPandaCasino.io, which has permanently closed my account and confiscated $2,944 USDT, falsely accusing me of syndicate betting — an allegation that is completely baseless and unsupported by any evidence.

Over time, I deposited a total of $1,600 USDT over multiple transactions. Through normal, fair betting, my balance increased to $2,944 USDT. However, it’s important to note that my balance also went to zero multiple times during this period — further demonstrating natural play and the ups and downs of variance. There is no pattern of abuse or coordinated behavior.

After being asked to complete a KYC process — including video verification, ID, proof of address, and payment screenshots — I fully complied. Despite this, I received a message stating that my betting activity was flagged by their Sportsbook provider and that my account would be permanently closed with all funds forfeited. I was also told the decision was final and they would not respond to further correspondence.

Let me be clear:
• I am the sole person behind all activity on my account.
• I have never participated in syndicate betting or any collusive activity. I have mainly bet on badminton, in fact I have never heard that syndicate betting even exists in that sport due to limited market size.
• The casino has provided zero transparency or proof to support this severe action.

VPN use was never cited as a violation in any of their communications. I bring this up only to preempt any shift in narrative now that the syndicate betting accusation clearly lacks substance.

• Full reimbursement of my confiscated 2944 USDT (1600 USDT deposit)
