Not allowing me to withdraw and giving asking endless doc verification

I am submitting this complaint against BDM Bet Casino due to repeated document requests and the unjustified blocking of my €6,826.18 withdrawal, despite full cooperation and verified submissions.
Here are the facts:
• I deposited €500 to BDM Bet and later requested a withdrawal of €6,826.18.
• BDM Bet requested a bank statement showing:
• The €500 deposit made to their platform.
• A €997.99 recharge made earlier through a Tabacchi shop in Italy (which funded my account).
• I submitted this full bank statement more than three times via:
• Their website upload system
• Direct email
• Live chat with their support assistant
Their own support team confirmed seeing the €997.99 transaction, meaning the statement was clearly visible and accepted.
Yet today, they again asked for the same statement, claiming it’s “not visible.” This directly contradicts their earlier confirmations. If they could confirm the transaction previously, how is it suddenly invisible?
This repeated request appears to be either:
• Careless document handling by their team, or
• A deliberate attempt to stall or avoid processing my withdrawal.
I have fully complied with every document request. Despite this, my €6,826.18 remains blocked, and I’m stuck in a verification loop that is starting to feel intentional.
